            Mr. Pool has failed to timely perform the completion of my pool installation or provide reasonable updates. From the work that remains, the use of subcontractors on multiple pool jobs simultaneously has extended the completion of my pool nearly 5 weeks longer than what was communicated when the vendor and I reached an agreement. The current status of my backyard is a hardship, safety risk, and has unreasonably disrupted my ability to enjoy my home. The only supply chain issue that exist is that the business ordered the wrong liner and it had to be reordered, but I was told that because of the mistake the new liner order could be expedited (ie within 1 to 2 weeks) and that has proven to be inaccurate. The electrician and excavating crew will not return to complete the work that should have been completed nearly three weeks ago simply because Mr. Pool has them assigned to pool jobs that they had added to their portfolio of business.

            Excellent service and quality work. The crew that came to my house to complete multiple repairs to my pool to include resolving a leak, replacing skimmers among other things were awesome. They never stopped working to complete the task quickly. They were friendly and professional and took pride in the work they did. They were very helpful in answering questions. The initial customer service was also excellent. The time frame for ordering parts and completing work was exactly as stated. We reached out to multiple pool companies and Mr. **** seemed to be the best as far as explanation, communication and most affordable. We are so glad we decided to use them over the other companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their swimming pool repairs or needs. Everything was perfect.
