Do not recommend this location at all. I had a horrible experience at this location and was illegally threatened with the police by a worker named Joy. My husband and I went to this location for the rodeo, which was in the town. We checked in with friday night and the person we checked in with told us we could have a late check out the next day at 2pm. The next morning we got to go site see and waved at the woman at the front desk on the way out, that was Joy. She did NOT say anything to us and didn't tell us there was an issue as we left. About an hour later at 11:30am we got a voicemail from an unknown number and it was her. She told us we had to return immediately and "get our stuff out of the room”—at least that’s the voicemail we received. When, I got back she told us she had locked our room and we couldn't get our things without paying a late fee. We refused! The manager/person we checked in with, last night told us we had a late checkout. She said he had been fired for "drinking and doing drugs" on the job and the late checkout no longer was possible. I told her If she didn't give us our luggage I would call the police. She finally gave us a key to go to our room but this was a horrible experience. She told US we are now banned from sleep inn but it should be the other way around. Skip this place! Find a hotel outside of the city--which is what we plan to do. I also plan to follow up with Sleep Inns corp office and maybe an attorney since she actually called the police on us. Skip this place!
