Southern Heritage Funeral Home located on *******************************, under the new management of ********************* is responsible for IRREPARABLE DAMAGE to PAID FOR gravesite property and to the hearts of hundreds/ thousands of customers! WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED by social media, emails, texts, NOTHING other than a few signs not put out until halfway thru April mentioning a clean up! WBRC NEWS was contacted by a mother WHO DOES NOT LIVE IN ********** when she saw pictures sent to her of her dear sons grave DEFACED!!! She believed her sons grave had been vandalized but it was this HEARTLESS, DISGUSTING company that DESECRATED and DUMPED personal treasures, heart momemtos THAT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED for over 20 years, along a rotted out, broken wood fence in plain view of my Beloved Parents Mausoleum! As ************ lit up of the ATROCITY, customers who have PAID THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS were told to come get your trinkets!!! It was documented that nothing had been destroyed or thrown away, but a HUGE GREEN DUMPSTER OVERFLOWING WITH FLOWERS AND TRINKETS was cleverly moved, however most definitely caught on camera!!! ********************* approached me on 4/25/2024 as I was shaking having to scavenge through precious momentos, NOT TRINKETS!!! A babys cross with his beautiful face lay thrown in the dirt and this person had the audacity to say the word compassion. He repeatedly wanted to know which ********* was my parents as I testified to the truth of how immaculate my beloved parents mausoleum and the entire wall and sidewalk had been kept immaculate by me and every customer! I was THREATENED BY ********************* enough to the point of fear and calling 911!!! I said my Beloved Mother had always had Roses placed and her BLESSED Mother **** Statue for MOTHERS DAY and as if possessed he THREATENED, TRY IT, YOU JUST TRY IT, and Ill have them thrown away and her statue I let him get no further and hollered out in FEAR and HORROR that I was calling 911! DESPICABLE!
