              They never return your call. I was charged a huge late fee on my mortgage even though my payment was on time. I called and left my phone number and they never returned my call. Also, when I took out the loan a couple of years ago, they quoted me a rate on my mortgage that was almost a *half percent* higher than I got through *** Mortgage. I got the lower rate, but unfortunately the loan wound up with Trustmark, anyway, through the broker. Do NOT get a mortgage with this company, because the unwarranted HUGE late charges you get, even though you pay on time, will add up to ridiculous amounts. The fact that no one would call me back to dispute it is ridiculous! And, I left my phone number several times. I even called different departments and still no one called me back.
