      Cadence Bank is the WORSE bank Ive ever worked with. I've had the worst experience with this bank! Their customer service is non-existent and their fees are outrageous. I would highly advise against doing any business with this bank. ????

      I have a checking account with them and went in person to open a credit card account and was approved. After nearly three weeks, I finally received the card (even though it was on my account and credit score almost immediately). I went to activate it and the instructions say if you have not set up a telephone access code to follow the prompts, however it never prompted me. I only have one four digit code I use which was incorrect, so either they set a random pin without telling me, or their system is garbage. I'm leaning towards the latter because after that when I entered my social security code it kept telling me it was wrong even though I know it's not. I'm actually considering just closing my checking, savings, and credit account with ********************** over this stupidity. Do not use this bank if you can help it, just save yourself the hassle and go to like Regions or something, almost anything has to be better than this garbage system. On the same topic, I also tried their website but I log into the app with my fingerprint but their site doesn't allow that so I had to try to recover my username and password but that system also didn't work and gave me errors even though the information was correct, which is also weird because you have to choose the account type but I have three account types -- is my login info somehow different for each one? Either way it's insanely idiotic. Replace your garbage system, Cadence.

      Absolutely, horrible customer service. Ever since the merger with bank Corp. south, this company has fallen tremendously with their customer service made a flash deposit. They have my substantial amount of money in my in their account, and will not release it to my account, while making interest and money on my money, but will not release it to me. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. I am removing all my money from Cadence Bank. Terrible terrible company to associate with.

      *****, the manager of Cadence Bank on **********. in *****, ** was just very rude and unhelpful. As the manager, customer service should be a priority.

      I deposit money in the atm 2 weeks ago it took my money but never deposit it and gave me a receipt saying unable to return my cash. I call the bank which the bank hung up in my while on hold for 30 minutes. Be trying for to get my money back for 2 weeks to no avail I haven't gotten it back yet. I feel the atm machine rob me and someone need to be held accountable. If I take someone money that's call robbery. Someone or somebody better come up with my money before I proect myself by going getting my money back from the person or thing who took it personally. N. Market St. Branch. I think if I was in a all white section of town where the bank located I would have been gotten my money back but because I'm black and the bank in the black part of town so it f..I them.

      We have currently have a federal loan serviced through them, though not originated with them, and NOT ONE PERSON can help us figure out how to access it online. Every time we call we end up on hold and/or shuffled around to different people for at least an hour. Every person I've interacted with has been extremely rude before passing us off to another person who also can't help us. Their solution is to just "come on down to a branch," but we are several states away from the nearest branch, so no, that's not an option. I have never had to deal with such ill-mannered incompetence. If I could rate zero stars I would.

      Cant see all charges in app or on computer website. Had four fraudulent transactions before they decided to notify me on the 5th one. I was supposed to have my card locked to only be used in my area but the charges was used in states I have never been too. Called to have them refund it, they said they would take care of it but didnt say how long it would take and my new card would take 10 business days to even ship to me. Went ahead and opened an account else where.

      This bank has changed names many times in the decade I’ve been with them. Used to be bancorpsouth now it’s cadence. My debit card was copied and back to back theft charges popped up. The way the charges pop up if you Google that you quickly find out it’s theft and happening to a lot of people. The debit department concluded that it was NOT theft and closed the dispute and REFUSED to open a new one. The ladies inside the bank tried calling them and reasoning with them and then I did. I was told I would be out that money that was stolen and they will not relook into it or open a new dispute. Mind you these were 60something dollar charges and I’ve been with this bank for 10 years. A quick google of how the charges showed up and you find out it’s theft yet this entire companies debit department decided it wasn’t. Changing banks today!

      Been through 4 mergers with this bank. Cannot access my account. Spent an hour on the phone to no resolve. As soon as the closing time arrived, she hung up. Keep fairly large balances. I was in banking for 38 years and never experienced such poor service. Folks you can do much better than this bank

      Cadence just swallowed up BanCorpSouth. We have found them scattered and difficult to get things done through. We closed our LLC Checking and kept the LLC Credit Cards for employees, but even this is a problem when we can't get timely assistance.
