      My name is ******************************* and I have been a ******************* customer since I purchased my first vehicle at age 16, I am now 45 years old. On April 30, 2022 I purchased a 2018 *************** certified pre-owned vehicle. On August 15, 2022 my vehicle ended up in the service department at Moyer **** in *****, ** due to problems with the transmission. My vehicle is still currently there after 88 days. My transmission has been completely torn down and put back together and I am told the valve body has been replaced. After the dealership test drove my vehicle the check engine light came on and my vehicle is again unable to be driven. I am told my vehicle needs yet another transmission tear down. I have contacted **** customer service in which a buy back case was initiated and in return was denied. I am confused as to how **** would rather treat a customer this way and waste so many resources, so much time and money. Why not just put a new transmission in my vehicle and have me on my way? **** service department has had my vehicle longer than I have since purchasing it on April 30, 2022. I am a single mother of 3 children and I am employed as a critical care ICU registered nurse. I have to work and my children are very involved and need transportation. I traded in a drivable vehicle and was sold a lemon. Needless to say this has created an indescribable level of stress within my family. I was never offered nor given a rental/loaner until recently on 11/8/22 and I am told they are not sure how long I will have it. To say I am very dissatisfied is an understatement.       I bought a 2019 F250 6.2 with about 22,000 miles on it from a local Honda dealer. It's a beautiful truck. I have had the truck about three months and I have a small list of items that need to be repaired and one dangerous problem that needs to be fixed ASAP (Death Wobble) So I made an appointment at the Honda dealership that I bought the truck from. When I arrived the man at the service desk went to check in my vehicle,saw my mileage and he said that I was still under Ford 36,000 mile factory warranty and they could not make the repairs,I need to take it to the local Ford dealership. So I schedule a second appointment at Moyer Ford and their options on their website were very limited so I picked one of the issues I had i And listed all the rest of the problems I had in the job description made a new appointment And took off work again for another day and drove to the dealership just to find out that the only things they're doing are oil changes air filters tire rotation , basic small items that won't help my situation.They told me (I could leave the truck there but they couldn't guarantee when it could be fixed, it could be weeks it could be a month we're just not sure) I run my own construction business and I need to have this truck to do my job and I've already missed two days at work so I decided to miss a third day at work with another appointment, drove 1 1/2 hours further to the next Ford dealership who is also too busy to repair my truck in the next 30 days.I feel stupid for spending $50,000 on a truck that may or may not kill me or someone els that's under warranty and has open recalls. I know between people not having adequate help and COVID 19 things would be slow but for them to say all they can do is rotate my tires and change my oil is crazy. I expected to leave my truck with the dealer for a few days and everything would be taken care of. At this point I've missed three days of work and have tried to get the truck in the shop for three weeks. It's needless to say but I still have a truck with problems . This is my 4th F250 I've bought. Unless something is done in the next week about the truck problems it will be the last one I Ever purchase from Ford.At this point I will pay out of pocket to a local repair shop to get it fixed and void my repair warranty so I don't die or kill someone els driving it and sell it ASAP. I am very dissatisfied with all three dealerships I went to. They could have tried to do anything to make things right like a rental car or making me a new appointment when it could be fixed or just having The courtesy to look at my scheduled service and call me and tell me don't drive out here,don't waste your time bringing the truck up here because they're not going to do anything about the truck problems. At least I wouldn't have missed out on money for the days I couldn't make it to work . ITS A SAD DAY FORD. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?

      We have same day service and appointment service on quick service and maintenance items such as tires, brakes, batteries, oil changes, etc. Those are the items you can schedule on the website. For more in depth work our techs work on vehicles in the order received, subject to parts and lift availability. We are very busy and have a backlog of work because we are good at what we do. It would not be fair to our customers to pull you in ahead of them. Unfortunately, the chip shortage that is badly affecting our business has affected the rental car companies as well, rental cars are in short supply right now. Obviously, you found that the situation is not any better at other dealerships, but still felt it appropriate to give us a poor rating. We are here to serve you, we understand it is an inconvenience for you, we will do our best to get you taken care of as quickly as possible given the situation.
