              I made payment arrangements to pay a debt. The arrangement was 40 payments of $250 for a total of $10,000. I have emailed ***** Cloud numerous times to verify payments as he said they were missing some payments. I emailed him all the receipts. I was contacted 8/31/23 by **** who stated I had not made a payment since May 2023 which was incorrect. I have made a payment every month and the last payment on 8/1/23 the account was paid in full. I emailed **** all 40 receipts on 8/31/23. I called on 9/8/23 to verify my account was marked paid in full. **** stated it had not changed and status was the same. I asked to speak to someone that could take care of this and I was transferred to ***** Cloud who did not answer. I left a voice mail and he has not returned my call. I want my account to be marked paid in full since I have fulfilled my obligation of 40 payments of $250 for a total of $10,000. I have all 40 receipts to prove all payments were made and receipts have been sent twice to the business. This has been going on for months.
