Technician Bill C. was fantastic in his ability to both service my gas furnace, and resolve two filter issues. Been a Homestead customer for 7-8 years and have always been pleased with service.

Willie G. and assistant were vary professional and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions . They explained the part that needed replacement and showed me also. They were very clean and efficient and were finished in about an hour. Also Willie was training his assistant and he came across very knowledgeable and easy to understand.
