      I purchased my jeep from Capital 4 or 5 years ago. It was agreed in writing that Capital would replace the strap on the passenger door as it was tied with what looked to be a shoelace. I was told I’d be contacted when it was in. I didn’t hear anything so a while after I started calling. I was again told it had to be ordered and would be contacted when it was in. I never received at call. We went back and forth with this for a bit throughout a year or so. On May 5 2023, one of Capital's employees reached out seeing if I was interested in trading in my jeep or if not would recommend Capital. I replayed stating my strap issues and for this I would not recommend. The employee gave me his email and asked me to email him the issue and that he would reach out with the resolution. By May 25, I still did not hear back. I have a contract stating Capital owes me a replacement strap. Thank you,

      I purchased a 2019 ****** ****** on February 26, 2022. At the time the salesman ( Kevin R********* had told me it had been “ in a very slight fender bender” and that did not incur any damage. I had put down $1000 and had purchased what I thought was a good car. I was totally wrong about that. Two weeks later I sent an email to Mr. R********* indicating the cars many problems. He advised me to come in for a complete diagnostic on the car; which revealed nothing wrong, and advised me to take the car to a ****** dealership which would provide a more complete and accurate diagnosis of the problems. ****** also told me there was nothing wrong with the car. I was driving one day and the car stopped working. Everything was non-responsive. Then it started moving again.. I took it back to the ****** dealership (****** ******, in ******* **). They told me that a sensor was bad, which was replaced. I was pregnant with my 2 year old son driving the same car when the same thing happened again. Everything stopped. This time I was on a highway when the same thing happened. Thankfully no one was behind us or we would have been rear ended and either hospitalized or killed. I took the car back to ****** again. They could find nothing wrong; again. Three days ago I had my two children in the vehicle and it stopped again. This time in the middle of an intersection. Again, we all could have been killed. ****** picked the car up at my apartment after this, as I refused to drive it again. They called and said they could not find anything that could have caused the car to perform in such a manner. They offered me $12,000 to trade the car in as long as I put down $6000, which I do not have. I don’t know what to do next, but feel as if I have been abused by these companies. If there’s nothing wrong that they can diagnose, then why is the car behaving so erratically? And I do have a full warranty on the vehicle, but that has not helped at all! $20,000 I was unable to break. I’m lost.
