I purchased a 2019 ****** ****** on February 26, 2022. At the time the salesman ( Kevin R********* had told me it had been “ in a very slight fender bender” and that did not incur any damage. I had put down $1000 and had purchased what I thought was a good car. I was totally wrong about that. Two weeks later I sent an email to Mr. R********* indicating the cars many problems. He advised me to come in for a complete diagnostic on the car; which revealed nothing wrong, and advised me to take the car to a ****** dealership which would provide a more complete and accurate diagnosis of the problems. ****** also told me there was nothing wrong with the car. I was driving one day and the car stopped working. Everything was non-responsive. Then it started moving again.. I took it back to the ****** dealership (****** ******, in ******* **). They told me that a sensor was bad, which was replaced. I was pregnant with my 2 year old son driving the same car when the same thing happened again. Everything stopped. This time I was on a highway when the same thing happened. Thankfully no one was behind us or we would have been rear ended and either hospitalized or killed. I took the car back to ****** again. They could find nothing wrong; again. Three days ago I had my two children in the vehicle and it stopped again. This time in the middle of an intersection. Again, we all could have been killed. ****** picked the car up at my apartment after this, as I refused to drive it again. They called and said they could not find anything that could have caused the car to perform in such a manner. They offered me $12,000 to trade the car in as long as I put down $6000, which I do not have. I don’t know what to do next, but feel as if I have been abused by these companies. If there’s nothing wrong that they can diagnose, then why is the car behaving so erratically? And I do have a full warranty on the vehicle, but that has not helped at all! $20,000 I was unable to break. I’m lost.Review from Lori M.

Who ever and I mean anyone having any kind of issues - especially BAD - with this Dealership if that is what it is supposed to be. Please Please let the Attorney General's office know. It is easy to file a complaint right on line. The more complaints to the AG the better off we as CONSUMERS will be. We all need vehicles in our lives and when you go to this dealership you won't get emails returned, or any call backs when asked along with total misinformation. Without complaints, no one will know unless they come here to read the reviews which honestly I never did. Which I am sorry for now I purchased a Lifetime Added Care Plus Service Contract that was transferable to me from the previous owner. Which was explained to me and accepted by me. On the Service Contract Application the finance department TYPED in Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, which was NOT transferable to the second owner and then charged me $1,855.00. The Service Contract and the Warranty are in fact 2 different items. One being a Warranty and one being a Contract. I have made so many calls to Chrysler/Mopar to count and never mind the hours lost in my life trying to make them understand the THEY DID WRONG and don't even know their own rules/information/or the difference between a Warranty and a Contract. My vehicle has been in for repair since 11/10/22 to today. No rental/no loaner. Oh, that time ran out as well per my Contract. So no holidays, no going out visiting and no seeing family. They have cost me so much more than money. They have cost me part of my life. No one and I mean no Consumer should have to go through this. Deceptive sales practices!!! Beware this dealership is completely unethical with deliberate sales strategies that attempt to trick buyers with hidden fees and costs. A True used car dealer in all the bad ways: Buyer beware! After spending a considerable amount of time working with a manager over the phone on a specific car at a hard budget of 20K they added another $ 800 to the final invoice without any discussion or transparency. This is not a tax or DMV fee but an arbitrary dealer's fee. When questioned they took the position that I should have known that they add this fee to all cars because they post that in the dealership. However, we were an hour and a half away and finalized everything over the phone. We agreed to a firm sales price NOT plus the made-up Dealer fee. There was no misinterpretation of my ability to pay more than what we agreed to over the phone... It became clear that they specifically and deliberately do not discuss taxes and fees with customers as part of their deceptive ways to trick customers. When I pushed back on paying this fee and asked to talk to the General Manager he refused to come out of his office and discuss the situation and stated he has managers to deal with customers not him. I was dumbfounded by his attitude. Just plain rude and unprofessional. I was with my son and was hoping for a positive experience and received just the opposite. This was on top of the manager not sending us pictures of some of the defects in the car and adding $200 to improve the breaks. I guess dealers can make up any fees they want but it absolutely needs to be built into the purchase price when a buyer agrees to a final price no one would expect to be jammed with an additional $800 fee. It is not right, fair, ethical or good business practice. The way they deliberately did not disclose this fee in any of the 20 conversations we had is part of their sales strategy and I am glad we walked away from doing business with this organization. WARNING DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS STEAL YOUR MONEY. On approximately November 22nd 2021. I purchased a **** ****** ** ***** ******** from them. The reason why I went to this dealership was because the sales person contacted me and told me that they had many cars I may be interested in. They were the first people to contact me, and thus the first place I went, I went with a friend and drove many cars that day. I decided for the value, this would be the best car. It appeared to drive nice, and my best friend has the same car so I was familiar. While I was at the dealership, they said they had to take it for a safety check and fix a few things, so they provided me with a loaner car for the evening. My next contact from them told me the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and they would do that free of charge. I also asked them about a tire light sensor that was not present and they told me if I purchased the sensor they would put it in for free. This didn't raise any alarm as the tire pressure seemed to be fine to me. They also said they were replacing the ball joints on the car since the old ones were shot. They had the car for the week, and reported they were waiting on the catalytic converter to come in. so they delivered the car to me without this fixed, and with the tire sensor light still on. I got a phone call from the sales general manager Jamie L***** stating that they were taking back a loner car and I was going to drive the unsafe Subaru until the converter came in and they could send me to Suburban Subaru to get it fixed. Upon delivery of the car I noticed that the key fab didn't work to lock and unlock the car. So I checked the battery, trying to eliminate the problem and that didn't work. When I spoke with Mr Lebron about the catalytic converter, he assured me that they would take care of it when I had the Cadillac converter installed. So the day comes when they finally call to bring the car in and I tell them
