            On 05/16/23, BBB Serving New Hampshire contacted Garnet Hill, Inc regarding the recent increase in complaint volume. Garnet Hill, Inc provided explanation that both their long-serving billing and shipping systems were replaced. Unfortunately, that change caused some issues that are being resolved by the business.

            Garnet Hill, Inc explained that any issues with their systems would be resolved in the coming weeks and that they are aware of delays in processing refunds and returns. For the short term, many refunds will have to be returned by check which will increase the time it takes for customers to receive them.

            Additionally, this increase in billing and shipping issues has created a surge in customers attempting to reach Garnet Hill directly, which has resulted in delays in the time it takes for consumers to receive a response by phone or email from customer support. A new group of customer service representatives are starting imminently to help address these temporary delays.

            Garnet Hill, Inc anticipates that over the next few weeks the delays that customers are experience in refunds, shipping and customer contact will reduce and will not be a long-term issue.

            BEWARE BUYERS. If you order online and need to return because a gift duplicated you’ll be charged exorbitant shipping costs. Bought a sweater. Sister gave me one identical for Christmas. Returned one I bought. Over $22.00 of my purchase price kept for an $8.00 shipping cost!!!!!

            I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a response to my email to Garnet Hill "customer service" (doesn't deserve that name) about a defective (weird stains; bad stitching) product I received. Nothing. Followed up with a second email 2 weeks after that. Nothing. You shouldn't be in business if you can't provide even the most basic customer service to those who purchase from you (i.e. answering customer emails).
