      I needed my August 2024 statement for a closing. Statement ended on the 23rd and it never generated. I’m STILL trying to get that statement. I need it for my closing to show paid in full. If I don’t get it, my closing will be delayed and it will cost me more money. Also and partly the reason I’ve been stuck waiting for said statement, they won’t let you pay online until after the statement drops. I prefer to pay during cycle to avoid a balance on my statement. I feel this is a way to get interest out of you. Horrible company if and when I ever close on this house, I’m closing my account with them.

      Please be aware when using your CFNA credit card do NOT go by the tool to locate retailers who accepts your CFNA card. This is a generic tool that covers your retailer available for 4-5 different credit products. Your account will NOT allow you to use all of the retailers (Firestone or others) that show available on the search tool. Also, BEWARE when calling 800 number you WILL likely be told incorrect information when trying to confirm that you are using a retailer that will take your CFNA card. We advise you to have the retailer first try to run payment with your CFNA account BEFORE they start you service, unless you have cash to pay for you ticket. Otherwise, you may be left trying to pick up your vehicle only to find out that YOUR particular CFNA account cannot be used at your location.

      I paid my monthly charge on the date I got my statement. The following month I had a late fee because they said I made the payment to early bc wasnstill.in same billing cycle even though the statement had been released. Also apparently charging a ridiculous interest rate well beyond what credit cards charge. My capital.one.cqrd.interest is usually really low for a 1500.balance CFNA charge was 160 bucks interest on 1300 balance. Ridiculous.

      Usually everything is great but having an issue their phone number isn't working and the company says it needs a purchase approval and can't get ahold of anyone...

      I guess I should not be surprised that this organization has such a low score. I had not had an issue with them until recently. I have paid them way more than was required each month. This month, for some reason, the bank did not send the payment. When I found the error, I went back and saw the late fee was almost the same as my minimum payment. I accepted the late payment, but then I get an email saying that my credit limit has been reduced to half of what it was before this ONE payment that was late. I've been using this card for two years, without any late payment, and then, when my payment is 15 days late, this company decides to knock my credit limit to half of what it was before...and the only reason they probably didn't go lower was because I still owed them that much. This place is a joke. I know the card helps sometimes, but from the previous reviews, they seem predatory and could definitely care less about anyone who holds their card. I like Firestone, but they may want to find someone better to handle their credit lines. I'd leave a google review, but their address is not recognized as CFNA by Google. Really, really suspicious. I too would leave zero stars if I could.

      CFNA charged a $27 late fee on my latest statement even though I made payments way over the minimum to make sure i paid off the balance within the 6 month deferred interest window on time. I spent almost an hour on the phone with them with no resolution. They were very unhelpful and i don't even think they understood what the issue was. They just kept saying my due date was the 8th and that i was late. However if you look at each statement and my payments you can see as soon as the statement came out i was making a payment, well over minimum, that same day or a day or two after. Even when you look at each statement you can see where i make a payment. There is no way I should have been charged a late fee and the run around i received when talking to their "support" staff was beyond frustrating. I went in and paid off the remaining balance as soon as I got off the call as I do not trust them to not to charge me incorrectly again. I have had this card since 2019 and there is a good chance I will not be using it again as I have no faith in this company now to not charge me random fees for no reason and then not fix their mistakes.

      Called customer services two times trying to stop payment on a business taking money from my account. And was told they couldn't do anything, so they were no help, and the company is still taking the money out of my account every month.

      Do not open an account with them under any circumstances. I used the card at Honda twice and now have 2 different payment dates for 2 different values. They won't explain why that is. There is no grace period for late payments, even for less than 24 hours, even though their system is riddled with technical issues which prevent you from making timely payments. I have photo evidence. The customer service team is rude and unprofessional and ignore most of your questions. The late fee is $40. This credit company is a scam. Do not use them and do not fall for their "$100 off purchase today!" tricks. If your dealership or auto shop offers a deal with them and you can't afford the service that day, then sorry, go somewhere else. Synchrony was even better. I have never, ever dealt with a worse credit card in my life. I will never use them again and I will continue to tell everybody I know all about their predatory practices. I can't believe they are legally allowed to operate like this and I hope they get investigated and stopped.

      CFNA is a bad joke. On 8/2/24 and 8/5/2024I used my CFNA card when I had some work done at Firestone. On 8/12/2024 I called the toll free number on the back of my CFNA card to make a payment but was not able to make the payment. I spoke to a CFNA rep and was advised that I couldn't make the payment because the billing cycle for the work that was done didn't start until 8/20/2024 (it ended on 9/15/2024 according to the rep) and that I would have to wait until 8/20/2024 to make a phone payment. This is ridiculous. I have other credit cards and I can easily make phone payments for them. I will pay off the CFNA balance as soon as possible and never use the card again. I have no complaint with Firestone. The store I went to did good work. I wish I could give a Zero star rating for CFNA.

      Credit First National Association is a rip-off. I sent my payment July 9, 2024 through postal mail 2 weeks before my due date August 15, 2024. On July 22, 2024 I received a text message from CFNA stating they have not received my payment. The next day I check my bank account and it showed where my check has cleared. So, i called to see what happened. Most companies allow the date that is stamped by the post office. They response was just because the post office had the mail payment late I still have to pay a late fee of $29. The same month I receive my statement and it doesn't show the $80 payment that I paid for the month of August. So, I call and ask why my statement doesn't show, I was told because my statement was sent out from them on time. WOW, Then I am told that since they have my payment of $80 my balance is zero after I told CFNA that I was reporting them to the BBB. Next, I asked if she could send to my email address saying my payment was zero since I paid more than the minimum payment due ($25) she said she would not seen anything to my email. The best thing to do is to file a lawsuit against this rip-off company. This company gets a ZERO rating from me.
