I have placed several work orders with this company for my condo and none of them have been resolved they don't take responsibility for the things that they are required to repair yet they're quick if you owe money they literally want me to believe that the mailbox is owned by the REMOVEDjust because it says on the box that it's approved by the REMOVED. it it's been years since we were able to use our mailboxes and the mail just gets dumped in the bin the mail carrier has a universal key to open the approved mailbox you can't think that someone would believe that the United States postal service installs replaces and repairs all of the mailboxes in the REMOVEDthat's ridiculous I am not an idiot also I've repeatedly told them and put work orders in for the back door not closing properly especially in the inclement weather the door needs to be pulled shut otherwise you could gain access into the building without using your key that's not safety again they close out the work order saying that it's fixed when it's not.i have water damage in my ceiling from work that was supposed to be performed on a yearly basis yet they want to blame the person on top of me that it's her fault even after I paid $200 for a plumber to come out who inspected hers and mine and said that the leak was coming from the other side of the wall which is the association's responsibility they've yet to provide a receipt that the work that they should have had done was done now I still sit with water damage in my kitchen ceiling and nobody wants to claim accountability for it another work order closed out what are we paying for if they can't even address the issues

Dear REMOVED,Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I understand your frustration, and I want to assure you that the issues you raisedparticularly those related to mail delivery and the unresolved water damage have been and are continuing to be looked into. Regarding the mailboxes, a service ticket has been opened with the REMOVED, and they are currently reviewing the issue. We are aware that multiple unit owners have reported similar concerns. I agree that the current condition and method of mail delivery are not acceptable, and the matter has been escalated. The Board is aware of the situation and recommends that affected owners also continue to follow up directly with REMOVED, as they control mail delivery and access to the mailbox system. With respect to the rear door, building security remains a priority. The door has been addressed; however, like most doors, it can be affected by weather and temperatures. The condition is being monitored, and we urge residents to report any issues so we can communicate them to the Board and vendor for long term solutions. Regarding the water damage in your kitchen ceiling, if your licensed plumber has determined that the source of the leak is a common element, the association will be step in to handle the associated repairs. If the source is determined to be from a unit, the responsibility would fall to that unit owner and their insurance. At this time, please provide any invoices, reports, or maintenance records you have so they may be reviewed by Board to determine responsibility and next steps. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and value your patience as these items are reviewed and addressed through the necessary processes.Sincerely,Hales Property Management

Hot water not working for multiple days when association is simply worried who’s calling if you’re a renter or owner to complain. So renters don’t have rights? I’m the owner and I was busy so my husband reached out and they were worried about petty issues over the urgency of fixing hot water. So now two days in a row I can’t shower and may I pay 4k for this building?

Since they took over from westward management their attitude has been just horrid.
