"I have placed several work orders with this company for my condo and none of them have been resolved they don't take responsibility for the things that they are required to repair yet they're quick if you owe money they literally want me to believe that the mailbox is owned by the REMOVEDjust because it says on the box that it's approved by the REMOVED. it it's been years since we were able to use our mailboxes and the mail just gets dumped in the bin the mail carrier has a universal key to open the approved mailbox you can't think that someone would believe that the United States postal service installs replaces and repairs all of the mailboxes in the REMOVEDthat's ridiculous I am not an idiot also I've repeatedly told them and put work orders in for the back door not closing properly especially in the inclement weather the door needs to be pulled shut otherwise you could gain access into the building without using your key that's not safety again they close out the work order saying that it's fixed when it's not." ...
