I ordered custom made Draperies in December from the Shade store in ********,**.60523.The first set of drapes( February 24) are too short. The second set of drapes (March 2024) were too long. Neither set of the drapes were measured correctly. I have requested a refund and their representative, ************************* stated that they do not give refunds but offered to make a third set of drapes. I have lost confidence in the shade store making the curtains correctly and have asked for a full refund on my order. Neither set of drapes were measured correctly first and second set of drapes have gaps at the top. It should be noted that on the first set of drapes the right side is 2" off the floor and the left side is 1.5 inches off the floor and not wide enough to meet in the middle. The second set of drapes are so long that they drape onto the floor. Both sets of drapery material remains wrinkled and looks like they came from a resale shop. Photos will be provided if space allows. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews from the BBB prior to giving The Shade Store my credit card. After this disappointing experience with The Shade Store I looked at the BBB reviews after the fact to learn that many of The Shade Store customer's have had similar complaints. ********************** logo advertises that they use only the finest materials' and satisfaction. Unfortunately, "satisfaction guarantee" means for The Shade Store Company only because they do refund your money. I have lost confidence in The Shade Store in ********* making my Curtains correctly and asking for a full refund. I am retired and have spent a great deal of money for poor quality, service and workmanship.
