            I had paid $150 to chaperone on a field trip at my sons school on April 14, 2022 however on March 17, ********************************************************************************************************* the field trip anymore. I reached out to the travel company and she stated even in an emergency she wasnt going to refund me my money because it was less than 60 days which I think is unreasonable giving it was for an emergency.

            Do NOT under any circumstances send your child on a trip organized by Hemisphere. After months of accepting our deposits for a trip to ** for our 9th grader, Hemisphere pulled the plug on the trip due to low enrollment. Fine. Then they had the ******** to keep a $75 deposit for themselves for a trip that no longer exists, requiring their customers to pay for a service they have no intention of providing. This is what business insurance is for, folks. A well-run business would know that and not require prospective customers to fund their overhead for services they no longer wish to provide.

            Thank you for your feedback. Our Team was informed by the school that the trip was being canceled due to the number of cancelations from the participants, resulting in a tour cost that was not feasible for the small amount of passengers that remained. After speaking with the school, our Team has decided to waive the fees involved for those that still remained on the active list of passengers. You will receive a confirmation email from our accounting department confirming these details. Thank you.
