Hello,My complaint is not regarding any specific McDonalds or any employees as every employee I have come across is very friendly in my area. My complaint is the app. I have never been able to redeem my rewards points because every time I try to use the app and it asks me if I would like to add the redemption to my mobile order or use at a location, I click on it and it loads forever until it says oops and kicks me out. I am at the point where I think its a scam, it really stinks to be in line trying to redeem your points but the app wont work so you either say forget it or pay full price which is very high due to inflation. Can you do me a favor and tell me the trick to getting he app to work or just get rid of it at this point. Sincerely,A person who would just like to redeem their rewardsReview from Janet B

The Woman Manager at ***************************************************************************************. Is so ride to me everything I come in. They messed up my order and left me sitting for almost 30 minutes for a coffee. She yelled at me was rude immediately over HER mistake . She said it doesn't matter if I leave a review because it's privately owned and laughed at Me when I have been spending money in this location everyday. Customer I guess is NOT RIGHT BUT MANAGER IS ALEAYS RIGHT ATT THIS LOCATION. I've never been treated so poor in my life. It was so embarrassing as she belittled me and treated me like I wasn't even a human. It was horrible and I don't wish that kind of treatment on anyone. Her employee **** the coffee to someone else and just left me sitting there for almost 30 minutes. I will never come back here unless this problem is fixed. Discrimination on customers as the manager lady thinks she is more powerful and that the customer can do " nothing " about anything she does. This must stop. Filed a complaint August 31 2004 with corporate and was told someone will get back to me and no one did.I was discriminated embarrassed and insulted by the security guard.I purchased a large coffee and sit down and was doing my daily reading on my phone the security guard came over and stated "You people cannot stay here" I ask him what do you mean by that he just repeated himself then he stated "you are homeless" which I am not .This was insulting and embarrassing.He refused to give me his name and stated I don't work for you this type of behavior is unacceptable.Review from Galen K

ordered the steak egg and cheese bagel the meat was half the size of the bagel.it was nothing like advertised and the people are so stupid there they can't even assemble it right.there was no sauce when i asked for extra cause half the time it's not on at all. still not there and then it's just thrown into this sleeve and shoved out the door.we're increasing these a******* wages and s******* the working people in the process just because they don't want to get a trade and quit smoking weed it's enough.these types of places were for school kids. it should not be allowed to be advertised as one thing and your given another.Review from Kee Kee M

**************** at this location stinks! When I placed a mobile order and went to pick up my food, no ones order was ready at the window. They were directing every customer to the holding spots in the parking lot. Whats more they took *************************** one cheeseburger. They didnt even offer an or complementary drink or anything! I will not be This unprofessional establishment again!Review from Timothy B

First off this is for *********************************************, I hope someone at McDonald's corporate reads this, because the location in question, which is in ********, is one of the, if not the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, between management and staff there seems to be a complete lack of consideration for their customers. Stating that you need a receipt to get a refund, is understandable, however refusing to provide a receipt, at the time of purchase, through the automated ordering machines, and then having the gull to yell at a customer, whether over the phone or in person is disgraceful and wrong. LESS THAN 1 star review End result: The ******** on ************************************************************************ the manager threw an iced coffee at my car hitting me, getting the inside and obviously my car. I rarely ever eat out. When asked if using ***** I said no. When I ordered my number the employee said yea what do you want. So I repeated the number but on the screen multiple orders showed up so I shared what I had seen on the screen. The employee said no its not on your screen. I had asked what size drink comes with the meal she said it doesnt matter. Ok when she said what else do you want I said for you to be nice and less attitude. When I pulled up to the window the man reviewed my order and said the order that I saw in the screen previously. I asked to speak with the manager and he said it was the manager that took your order originally. 8/3/24 at 9:54 am. He handed me the orange juice and went to get the manager. She continued to be rude. So at this point the food wasnt worth it and I gave her the orange juice back and she wouldnt take it. She said no you ordered it. I said with this service I dont want it and told her if she didnt take it I would drop it. She didnt so I did. She then took the large iced coffee that was next to her and threw it like a pitcher at my car getting some inside and on me which is assault. Service is awful. Waited at the drive through and it was not busy. They would not take my order. I went inside and three workers were standing around joking. Finally got waited on and told them about the drive through and they said that line was not working. But they had no sign or cone stating that. Placed my order and left. When I bit into the burger, it was full of salt. Took it back and showed them. They gave me another one without salt and tasted like a normal burger. I got home and called the corporate number and was put through to someone from ***** that barely spoke English. Gave up. I was born in ********** ill were the first McDonald's was. I am done with them. ************* is awful and there is nobody to complain about it. And a lot more people are getting fed up with the price. You figure with the raise they got, they would have better workers and service.Review from Tanya C

I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese from this particular store ***** Road by ******* that was the worst Quarter Pounder I've ever had as far as were cold and a quarter pounder was cold and hard for $10 and some change I don't think that I should have to pay that much for that and they didn't give me a receipt
