I have worked with **** for the last 1.5 years and he has significantly improved my strength, flexibility and overall fitness. Along the way, he has helped me resolve issues with shoulder and hip pain and mobility. He used a systematic approach in identifying the muscle imbalances causing the problems at each joint and effectively targeted the weaknesses with specific exercises that eliminated the issues within a few weeks. **** is extremely conscientious and professional in his work. He is very knowledgeable and explains his thought process as he performs assessments and introduces each exercise. He emphasizes proper technique and safety and closely monitors response and progress, making adjustments when needed. He is also just a very honest, hardworking and down to earth individual who is pleasant and easy to work with- highly recommended!Review from Nicole P.

I've been working with **** for years. He's done wonders to help me with an old rotator cuff injury, my posture, overall fitness, and some recent ankle/foot problems. As a horseback rider with a lot of injuries, I have arthritis and was in constant discomfort. Thanks to ****, my arthritis no longer bothers me and I feel so much better overall. My recent foot/ankle problems have gone away thanks to his help too. My riding has also improved thanks to correcting my posture. I can't say enough about how much **** has helped me over the last nine years.Review from Peter H.

I went back to **** because I needed help with a new and difficult problem. I had been suffering from increasing pain in my back and sciatica in my legs, originating from bulging and herniated discs. I had done PT before and even tried an epidural pain injection, but nothing I tried seemed to address the root cause. **** used the information from my MRI scan to discern that we needed to work on shoulder strength. **** used MAT, and worked with me to strengthen my deltoids as well as my glutes. It was a long road, but it worked. I never would have believed that working the shoulders could affect the lower body like that! The leg strength is coming back, and I was then able to enjoy my planned golfing trip without worrying about swinging around the pain.
