              The service technicians, ***** and *****, (Truck 367) were fantastic!!! They kept me informed regarding arrival time and set up my new TV set and accompanying powerbank all the while explaining to me what they were doing. As a senior citizen I truly appreciated their patience in explaining everything to me and showing me how to best use the features of my new TV. They cleaned up and took away all the packaging and old TV. They are great examples of ABT's customer service. I will be buying all my future appliances from ABT because I know their customer service policy is represented by everyone who works for ABT from the salesmen on the floor to the installing team. And by the way - my salesperson- ********************* - was a perfect example of customer service. He made sure I understood my options for TVs and was patient and kind in all his explanations.

              The installation of the new appliances was professional.*************** and his partner was professional Under the weather conditions (snowing) they kept are home and new appliances clean and dry. They explained what they were doing and how to operate the appliances. You can not go wrong with ADT.

              **** and ****** were incredible! They exceeded our expectations. We went from a non efficient furnace to a very highly efficient one. Install took the full day, but they were able to make sure our new furnace was functioning properly, without any issues.
