              Their in store personnel have excellent customer service but their phone customer service are rude and does not even introduce themselves. I sent my second to the last payment on july 17 2024 and it was not even due until early august but was returned to sender on early august. I was not sure why because I used their envelope so I went to their store inside our mall I told them about and the lady was very helpful but was not sure why my balance went up to almost 20 dollars. I went back a week later to just pay it all including the ************************************************* store sale person handed me the phone because I think I credit line person could not understand him. She asked me my SOS no. whickni gave and she said " that's not long enought" so I told her louder again. She didn't introduce herself or said sorry that she didn't hear all the no. Most customers would rather go somewhere even if it's a little more pricey but with excellent customer service. I was a out to get another necklace but decided to got somewhere else.
