Purchase was made 7/10/2024 with finance plan 524 -24 Months deferred interest payments plans account 6750 Auth 469. I was told I was approved with the room place for just under $4,000 and that my room place card would be coming in the mail and that monthly payments would be $200 but if I put money down, I could lower my monthly payments so I put down $500. The sales order is **********. I was given a scheduled delivery date of 8/20. I was told that I would receive a delivery confirmation the day before 8/19. When I did NOT receive the delivery confirmation, I called to see what the issue was. I was told that I received a phone call the week prior that I was NOT approved for the financing. I asked them when the call was made, who the call was made by and if they left a message or spoke to me. They could not answer my questions. I proceeded to try and figure out how I was NOT approved for a transaction that had already been made and for a card that I held in my hand and they said that they could answer any of questions but I called the bank, they would be able to assist me. This was not the case. I called several times and the line was out for a day. I played phone tag and neither the bank or the room place could assist me. I decided to go in person and they mentioned that the bank has multiple disputes because they were not approving customers with the full amount they were approved for. They addressed the issue and were able to accommodate my original financial plan on 8/20. (Sales order **********) I later was called that same day and was told that the couch was no longer available and that I could just pick a different couch or they could purchase the pieces as they begin to be in stock again and they estimated the pieces starting availability in November 2024. I asked if theres anything they could do for me and I was told no. Mind you I got rid of my old couches expecting the arrival of new couches I thought I purchased at the beginning of July 2024.
