    I purchased a **** ***** c10 pickup from volocars.com on July 18th,2023. The ad stated it was ground up restored. I was told all was working as it should including the a/c. When the truck was delivered, the transporter had trouble unloading due to it kept cutting off. After I drove it in my garage I raised the hood to find power steering fluid all over the firewall and the left front wheel and brakes. I took it to a repair shop and was told the high pressure hose needed to be replaced. He also advised me the brakes pad was contaminated. He also check the a/c and found 2 values that were bad. I sent the sales manager a email and he agreed to reimburse me the $331.00 for the service. He would not pay for the brakes because he said I could clean the pads and they would be ok. I went back to the repair shop and told him to check the truck out to be sure all was ok. He found the left rear wheel cylinder was frozen up along with the brake booster not working and the master cylinder was full of rust and water. The carburetor would not adjust and needed a new one. The body bushings were bad and needed replaced. The sale manager has give me a total of $531. and refused to cover the cost of the other items. I have had to paid for everything on a car that was advertised ground up restored. I am having the bushings done in 2 weeks at a cost of $1854. Ground up means everything . In the video of the car *********** states all he had to do was adjust the carburetor and set the timing and fix the temperature gage. I had to replace the valve cover gaskets because they were leaking oil everywhere. The starter had to be replaced also. I cannot believe they can stay in business misleading customers the way they do. I am requesting a refund of $3,500 for the work that had to be performed to make the truck safe and drivable. I will up load pictures of items replaced and receipts.

    We were looking to upgrade our muscle car. Talked to a few dealers. **** responded and was willing to negotiate with a trade. Ultimately, we came to what I think is a fair deal, for both sides. I waited to make this review until the initial excitement of owning the car settled, and I had it looked at by 3 professionals. A body man and two mechanics. Their assessments of the car was good. We are very happy with the deal. We dealt with the salesman ****, and the process went as smooth as possible and any issue were dealt with fairly and quickly. He returned calls for questions after everything was complete. Would start here in the future if we ever make this move again. We are satisfied customers. Nothing is perfect but I would give them a rating of 4.5 stars, nothing is perfect.
