      I was abroad for the month of April with family. When I returned couple days ago and received the billing statement for the previous billing period, I had $315 charge for daily travel pass fees even though I did not make any phone calls or used any data. I only used Wi-Fi while traveling since I had another phone with local number and data. There will be more fees for the current billing period due to the billing cut off time and probably will end up with around $400 in the daily travel fees for my trip. Based on the website regarding the daily travel pass, the daily $15 fee occurs when "The pass gets activated the first time you use data abroad" or "Youre only charged for the days you use data". This caused confusion during my travel as my expectation was the fee only gets applied IF I turn on data or make phone calls. I talked to an agent this morning and confirmed that I had to completely turn off my phone or stay in airplane mode to avoid the fee, which was different than the information on the website. In my case, the misleading info resulted in hundreds of dollars of additional cost (for every day and every phone that was turned on during the trip). I was not expecting when my phone tried to search signal count as international usage. The agent was kind enough to provide $60 credit. I knew she did her best, but not sure why I need to take the hit for misleading information. It's only couple hundred dollars, but this situation is extremely annoying.Please update your website to correct the information so people KNOW they have to turn off their phones during international travel.

      never doing business with this company! I have over a million people in 4 groups at ******** which I am the admin of and I will tell them what happened. I did cancel my service with U.S Cellular 6 months ago and they did send one last invoice which I was trying to pay. I did call to make the payment and they said they couldn't find my account because I had not account with them any more, and that I needed to go to the nearest store. so I went to the store and the guy said they couldn't find me either and I needed to call another phone number where they never answered. I got tire of this game and next thing I know they did reported me and now my credit score when from 773 to 639. Exactly when I want to buy a house!!!!!! I am very very angry. I will make sure U.S Cellular gets some bad advertising. If a representative of U.S cellular can call me to fix this problem they can call me
