      They knew something was wrong with car my salesman ****** wanted me to pay him instead of paying western Nissan the money he told me have the same energy when something go wrong with car I should have know then I got a ****************************** May the motor went out now stuck paying a car note

      This is my THIRD and LAST TIME going to Western Avenue Nissan at 7410 S. Western Avenue to obtain service on my Nissan Rogue Select. I called the day before I brought my car in and was told that the service department could determine what the problem was as long as I brought my car in by 3pm because the technicians leave at 4:30pm.I brought my car to the service department at 3pm, and when I drove in I saw technicians standing around talking to each other, on their cell phones talking, texting, walking around -- but NOT SERVICING CARS. When a technician finally looked up from his cell phone and I explained what I needed for my car at 3:10pm, he walked away and came back to say I would have to come back another day because the TECHNICIANS COULD NOT TAKE A LOOK AT MY CAR because it was TOO LATE...Why are TECHNICIANS STILL ON THE ****** NOT WORKING AND STILL GETTING PAID???This location is convenient, but it's not worth the aggravation to be provided NO SERVICE after I drove there to get service. Their customer service is LESS THAN ONE STAR!!!LT

      The worst place to repair your car, I took my car with an ignition fault, they changed the starter and it came out with a traction light. I complained to them and they wanted to charge me for the diagnosis. In the end, they accepted that it was their mistake and they repaired it But since I picked up the car, it now has another light referring to the evaporation and the engine service light came on. I also noticed that there was oil and dirt residues by the gasoline cap. They did something because of the anger that caused them when I complained to them. Now Im afraid to take my car every time I take it it breaks down more

      They need a zero. They scammed me. They knew my car had been in an accident. The front of the car was falling off and the horn and controls on the steering wheel stopped working.

      If i could leave negative stars I would. Spoke to ************************* on the phone about purchasing a vehicle. She confirmed the vehicle was available and to come in to see her. Upon arrival I asked for her and were told that she was not at the dealer and that she worked from home. Then the salesman who greeted us took us to the vehicle only to be told its not the exact vehicle in the website. False advertisement!! Wasted my time and not even apologetic. Buyer Beware. Even after answering their call after and explaining to them my experience they still gave me no apology. The woman was rude and just hung up. Definitely pulling bait and switch on customers.

      I only leaving one star now the problem is that I went to purchase a car the sales person was extremely rude and wouldn't even consider selling me the car I had the money but hey I was so scared by the experience it hurt in advance

      On 5/09/23, I purchased a 2011 GMC Acadia from Western Avenue Nissan. However, the dealer did not tell me about all the oil that was leaking from under the car. I was able to drive the car off the lot. Given this was a used car, I decided to have the oil changed. When I took the car to Oil Express, they informed me that they could not change the oil because it was too much oil leaking from the car. I called the dealer and they did not answer. I added oil to the car myself. I drove it for a couple of days. A few days later, the car shut off, and would not start up again. I called a different mechanic. He installed a brand new starter. The car ran for a couple of more days, then shut off again, and would not start back up. I called Western Avenue Nissan, they said they were not responsible. However, I could have the car towed to them and they would diagnosis the problem. But it would be at my expense. All the time, Western Avenue Nissan knew there was a problem with this car. But they sold it to me anyway. They should not be allowed to continue to practice business knowing that they are selling unreliable vehicles. I purchased this car on 5/11/23, and by 5/20/23, the car was inoperable.

      I had attempted to purchase certified used a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL. The date was April 14, 2023. This was also an out of state purchase. The price was of the vehicle was acceptable. The price of my potential trade was an insult. The dealership had online offered $2000.00 less than my Nissan Altima was worth. I had called off the deal. Approximately 4 minutes later, the dealer said the vehicle had been sold. I'd ended going to another nearby dealer. I got the additional $2000.00 for my trade. I ended up getting a brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue SL at about the same price. I had given this feedback to the salesperson. The salesperson said "You are making it like your business is going to make or break the dealership. No one is losing sleep over this trust me."
