    ****** AWFUL!!!! Avoid this dealership! They are very dishonest and unprofessional especially the USED sales manager? I Scheduled a TEST DRIVE online to drive A SPECIFIC CAR, using the link on the web page for that car, and it was confirmed with both emails and texts which car and time, by two schedulers. The car was in front when I got there. I was greeted at the door by a salesman. I had not communicated with this guy or any saleshuman previously. 20 minutes later, after dude seemed to be slow-walking the process, and having asked two other people if the car is available, both saying yes, he/she/they can't find the key. Nobody can find the key. Then someone [sales mgr.]? comes over and tells me that I can't test drive the car because someone else is test driving it, and test drives are first come, first serve. Really? There is no point to scheduling a test drive in that case. There is a link to do so, which I did, on the web page for every car on their site. He tells me "that's your opinion." Well, I scheduled an appt. and was there waiting thru the process for 20 min. He tried to tell me that I made the appointment with the sales dude. NO I DID NOT! Then he tried to turn it 180 on me, asking how I would feel if I were the other person! I shut him down on that immediately. Then it was "What am I supposed to tell the other person?" Again, REALLY?. How about someone else SCHEDULED a test drive!!! I turned around and walked out. Since then, they have harassed me with daily calls, texts and emails. I will never give this place any business after this experience.
