DO NOT BY ANY MEANS BUY A NEW OR PRE-OWNED VEHICLE FROM Lexus Arlington. They will force unwanted warranties and service contracts on you and if all else fails stuff them in your contract without your knowledge.

Review Title: Delayed Refund Resolution I had initially engaged with Lexus Arlington with high hopes based on their reputation and *******************. However, my recent experience has left me dissatisfied.I placed an order for a and submitted a refundable (!!!) deposit of as part of the order. Regrettably, circumstances led to the cancellation of my order. Despite following the necessary protocols and contacting management team through multiple channels, including 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls, to request the return of my deposit, I encountered significant delays.Disappointment ensued as over a month passed without any acknowledgment or progress regarding the refund. The lack of responsiveness or updates on the status of the refund process has been disconcerting.I understand the complexities involved in processing refunds, yet the prolonged delay has been inconvenient. It reached a point where I had to resort to initiating a cashback request through my credit card company to resolve the matter independently.While I had hoped for a smoother resolution directly with Lexus Arlington , the protracted delay in refunding the deposit has led to dissatisfaction with the overall customer experience.I remain open to a positive resolution and hope that this feedback highlights the importance of prompt and efficient customer service, especially in matters involving refunds....

I am writing this review regarding an abnormal and extreme alignment issue I have had with my 2016 Lexus IS F and the deceptive, unprofessional alignment services provided by Lexus of Arlington (*****************., Arlington Heights, ** *****). I purchased the vehicle in new condition back in December 2016. Since its purchase, Lexus of Arlingtons service center has been the only auto shop for my new cars regular maintenance and inspections services. However, the car had alignment issues/failures almost every time I brought the car in. More specifically, I have had 7 alignment failures which is extreme and outrageous for a new vehicle. Not only has this resulted in additional alignment service costs, but it has also imposed significant safety risks. Due to this alignment issue, there have been severe instances of tire damages and flat tires while driving. I have repeatedly expressed these concerns to the service provider. However, the service center responded that the specific model of the vehicle is prone to misalignment, and even accused me of having a bad driving habit, rather than taking a serious look at the vehicle and solve the issue. I have never had any such issues with my prior cars, including my prior 2009 Lexus RX350. I have tried escalating my concerns with the general manager, but without much luck. I was never connected with one. I have been a loyal customer of ********************** and have had great affection for my prior Lexus vehicles. However, I have been extremely disappointed with the way Lexus of Arlington has handled this issue and quite frankly feel deceived.
