            On June 15th we paid a deposit to ************************* for new windows and for our house to be painted. The total cost was to be $10,200. ($4200. Windows and $6000. For the paint and he required I pay $5,100. Up front, which we did. It took them 3 1/2 months to come install the windows, in the meantime we had to go ahead and hire someone else to paint our house because it had new bare wood siding and we couldn't keep waiting for ******,, our siding was getting ruined by the weather. Two of our new windows have white scratch lines in between the panes and one window had a long deep scratch that was there when they installed the windows. They refuse to address this problem.What we want is our $900. Overpayment sent back to us and we want compensation for the windows that are scratched or otherwise damaged. We no longer want Superior construction to do any more work on our properties. I was very unhappy with his window installers demeanor and he's not allowed here again Superior construction also built a deck for us earlier this year and they drove all the nails in too far and now water is getting into the wood. They won't address this issue either. We just ignored no matter how nicely I approach this. We don't want all of our money back but they do need to compensate us for the problems with their work that we now have to pay someone to fix The $11,800. paid was for the deck and the windows,( overpaid .)

            2/15/2024: I will not use any other construction company other than Superior Construction. After over 30 years of being a homeowner, I have finally found a construction company I can trust.They treat our home and property like its their own! Their customer service is unmatched. Prior to using Superior Construction, I lost a significant amount of money from another contractor. They came right in and successfully built a very challenging 2 story deck which other contractors declined. Neighbors comment how nice our deck looks.I am so impressed with how fast they do the work with the amazing quality they provide - an extremely hard combination to find. They were always open to suggestions and the workers were very professional and had an excellent attention to detail. The owners checked the progress every day! With how well they built the 2 story deck (absolutely beautiful as well as strong), I eagerly hired them for additional work that I also needed done. This included a roof replacement, new gutters, a stone walkway to connect the front and back of the house as well as new drainage for the entire property. We also just included a remodeling inside our home.I wish I knew of them sooner. If you are struggling to find a reliable and affordable construction company as I did, l couldnt recommend this company highly enough. At the very least, you should contact them for a free quote. This review has been given freely by me with no monetary incentive from the contractor. They are now like family to us.
