      I sent my 2013 F150 King *** to this dealership for potential fuel pump problems, I mentioned to the service department that I suspected fuel pump issues several times. The service department discovered burnt wires near the fuse box under the hood and a blown fuse for the fuel pump. I was told this caused issues with the fuel pump module and I am not sure if this was repaired or replaced the first visit. They got the truck to start and called it fixed. They did not look any further to try and find out what actually caused the wires to burn out. They provided me a list of optional maintenance issue of which I selected a couple, based on the promise the truck was repaired and I had the funds. (@2400,00)Three days later my truck experienced the very same issues and I had to have it hauled back to the dealership and I also had to rent a vehicle. This time they actually looked at the fuel pump and discovered it had to be replaced, along with the fuel tank pressure sensor, (an additional $1950.00)They did waive the diagnostic charge the 2nd time but that is only a token gesture. Slipshod work on the first visit was a direct cause for the 2nd visit. It cost me $130.00 to haul my truck the 2nd time and almost $500.00 for vehicle rental. Plus if I had know there was more to repair and the additional cost I would not have had so of the elective work done the first time. If they had done a through in depth check the first time it would have saved me the 2nd visit and almost a $1000.00. I am not sure what would make this right but something should be done.PS: The personnel were very friendly and courteous.

      My 2017 **** Fusion hit ******* miles last year and is starting to have some maintenance issues. Ive taken six trips to bring it to this location, and every time, I was treated worst than the last. Back in October, I noticed a suspension issue, more clearly, shakiness when going over bumps and knocking in the steering wheel when turning. I brought it in and they essentially turned me away until I fought and then they said, well I GUESS we can fit you in in three months, after several attempts to tell them I felt something was wrong. This visit, about a month ago, was an issue of my key fob not working/registering. It sometimes takes the vehicle 5 minutes to register that the keys are in-and as Im sure anyone with a sound mind would understand, is a security issue and that no other dealership would be able to assist with that. Well, thats what **** told me to do. Visit another dealership because they didnt have time. This is not the **** hospitality or the way I was taught they should treat people. I am a 28 year old woman and each time Ive asked for help, Ive been treated like a 16 year old who doesnt know what shes doing, which is absolutely SICKENING. What would they do if someones vehicle broke down on the side of the road and left someone stranded because of an issue they were too lazy to address?? I have nothing but hatred for this location and anyone looking to buy or service their vehicle needs to go elsewhere.

      This is by far the worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. Bought a 2018 **** Expedition *** on 9/25/2021, when asked about why it was traded in the salesman stated that he wasn't sure but he figured it was someone wanting to upgrade. Once we purchased the salesman told us that we would have to come back on Monday to pick it up due to them just getting the vehicle in and it needing to be serviced and inspected. No big deal, Monday came around and we were informed the vehicle wasn't ready that there were some recalls that had to be fixed that it would be Wednesday and once Wednesday came around we were told that there was an "electrical issue" that had to be fixed but couldn't tell me what that issue was. Then I get a text message Friday night saying it would be ready to pick up Saturday morning. Within 24 hours of picking it up I started having issues with the transmission. The problems progressively got worse so my husband made a call to the service department in which he was told if the vehicle wasn't throwing a wrench on the screen that there wasn't anything they could do even though it was obvious I was having issues with it including it getting stuck in 4th gear and not moving. It finally threw a wrench a couple days later and went into the shop on October 26th at a different **** dealership due to the lack of customer service/concern with ******************** ****. I got the vehicle back on November 3rd but ended up having issues again and now it has been in the shop since November 10th waiting for either a transmission replacement or rebuild. The extended warranty that we purchased has been no help either, the **** dealer that has it now hasn't been able to get the warranty to do anything. Come to find out after paying to run a CARFAX report since one wasn't offered to me, the vehicle was offered for sale on 9/7/2021 so they didn't "just get it in" like they told me they did. Also the vehicle was marked as serviced and inspected on 9/17/2021 so that was already done when we purchased even though they told us that needed to be done. Not to mention finding out that transmission work had been done on the vehicle in March of 2021 so you cannot tell me they didn't know the car was a lemon when they sold it. Stay far away from this dealership!
