      I took my **** **** F-250 super duty to this facility over a month ago for an estimate due to some mechanical issues I was having. Not only did it take them an excessively long time to get me the estimate, but once they called me with the estimate and I declined to have the repairs done-they began to get extremely rude and unprofessional to not only myself but my wife as well. Once we declined the repairs we told them that we would be having a tow truck come to pick up my vehicle. Once the vehicle got back to my residence, I realized very quickly that they had left my vehicle disassembled-not only that, but also noticed that most of all of the more expensive parts (OEM and aftermarket) parts were missing. I then called the facility back and wanted to know why my truck was sent back to me in pieces and they stated that they were not instructed to put the vehicle back together. Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows that you want your vehicle returned back to you the way you dropped it off. After about a week of back and forth they finally agreed to put my vehicle back to its former state. They have now had my vehicle for over 3 weeks and continue to have no communication with me or my wife. Every-time we call we are sent to someones voice mail and never receive a call back. The last time that we spoke to anyone they told us that we would have the truck back before the end of the month (March) and I still do not have my truck back. Not only have they provided the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received but I will never take any vehicle back to them for any kind of repairs. They are rude-disrespectful-unprofessional and in my opinion they have thieves working for them. At this point all I really want is my truck back and put back the way I dropped it off.

      This is by far the worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. Bought a 2018 **** Expedition *** on 9/25/2021, when asked about why it was traded in the salesman stated that he wasn't sure but he figured it was someone wanting to upgrade. Once we purchased the salesman told us that we would have to come back on Monday to pick it up due to them just getting the vehicle in and it needing to be serviced and inspected. No big deal, Monday came around and we were informed the vehicle wasn't ready that there were some recalls that had to be fixed that it would be Wednesday and once Wednesday came around we were told that there was an "electrical issue" that had to be fixed but couldn't tell me what that issue was. Then I get a text message Friday night saying it would be ready to pick up Saturday morning. Within 24 hours of picking it up I started having issues with the transmission. The problems progressively got worse so my husband made a call to the service department in which he was told if the vehicle wasn't throwing a wrench on the screen that there wasn't anything they could do even though it was obvious I was having issues with it including it getting stuck in 4th gear and not moving. It finally threw a wrench a couple days later and went into the shop on October 26th at a different **** dealership due to the lack of customer service/concern with ******************** ****. I got the vehicle back on November 3rd but ended up having issues again and now it has been in the shop since November 10th waiting for either a transmission replacement or rebuild. The extended warranty that we purchased has been no help either, the **** dealer that has it now hasn't been able to get the warranty to do anything. Come to find out after paying to run a CARFAX report since one wasn't offered to me, the vehicle was offered for sale on 9/7/2021 so they didn't "just get it in" like they told me they did. Also the vehicle was marked as serviced and inspected on 9/17/2021 so that was already done when we purchased even though they told us that needed to be done. Not to mention finding out that transmission work had been done on the vehicle in March of 2021 so you cannot tell me they didn't know the car was a lemon when they sold it. Stay far away from this dealership!
