    This company has been awful since I moved in august of 2022. I had water intrusion in the closet which they tried to say wasn’t their fault. Eventually 6 months later they decided to have someone come out. It is now 10 months in and I have a hole in my closet that hasn’t been fixed from them trying to figure it out. Now there are issues in a majority of the closets and the association is charging members 400-600 dollars on top of their fees to cover this due to poor budgeting. We were given 2 weeks notice of this.

    Terrible management. You won't hear back from them if you report something that needs fixed but they will send a debt collector after you a month before your **** is due if you complain about how much they raised their rate despite the fact that they don't even provide the bare minimum as far as property management goes.

Debt collection is not something that happens if an invoice has yet become due. If the association in which you reside increases fees that is because the association ***** of ********* have approved an increase to the overall associations budget. Increase in fees is not something that the management company sets. The is a decision made by the ***** of *********. Please contact our office directly so we may further discuss. Thank you.
