              Date of Transaction: 5/15/22 Amount $50 My daughter was in the facility on 5/15/22. I paid a $50 copy for services, however, my insurance paid at 100% and there is a credit of $50 owed to me. The office REFUSES to give me back my credit. They did acknowledge that there appears to be a credit on the account and they are "looking into it." It has been months and no action to return my funds to me.
