    Ordered a Jayco Shower Door assembly on 04/28/2023 and was told 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and charged $707.40. Received the confirmation email order placed and accepted. Tracked today and it states Fullfilled. Called **** and talked to **** and she stated that she found where there was a tracking number and then notes that the information was damaged. No other notes on the order. She has stated that she will reach out to JAYCO dealership to get more updates.

    I think that **** has a Big problem telling you one thing and not keeping there word we love our Jayco they fixed it except our slide out drawers which dont think they ordered them and to top it off they used our new power cord which said they wouldnt and lost it gave us a old one then said they would leave a new there to pick it up which they didnt do they just keep giving us a big run around would not recommend there service **** at all never no return calls

    When the customer discovered their power cord missing, an exhaustive search was made throughout the shop to determine if it had been inadvertently removed from their travel trailer, as it is our policy to NOT use customer power cords. When we ultimately did not find the customers power cord, the customer became upset as they were about to go on a camping trip. Our service advisor conversed with the shop ******* and they provided the customer with a shop power cord to use for their trip, while we and the customer continued to search for the missing power cord. When the customer returned and inquired about the original cord again, a determination was made in the interest of good customer service, to provide the customer with a new power cord. When the customer came to retrieve the new power cord, it had yet to be received. The shop manager decided to provide the customer with a new cord from stock as the replacement cord was expected to arrive later that day. A call to the customer was placed the next day as a follow up from our Customer *************** service advisor, to determine if all issues had been resolved to the customer satisfaction. The customer communicated that the repair work had been completed satisfactorily, and their frustration had revolved around the missing power cord. The service advisor confirmed that the power cord issue is now resolved and the customer is satisfied.
