I think that **** has a Big problem telling you one thing and not keeping there word we love our Jayco they fixed it except our slide out drawers which dont think they ordered them and to top it off they used our new power cord which said they wouldnt and lost it gave us a old one then said they would leave a new there to pick it up which they didnt do they just keep giving us a big run around would not recommend there service **** at all never no return calls

When the customer discovered their power cord missing, an exhaustive search was made throughout the shop to determine if it had been inadvertently removed from their travel trailer, as it is our policy to NOT use customer power cords. When we ultimately did not find the customers power cord, the customer became upset as they were about to go on a camping trip. Our service advisor conversed with the shop ******* and they provided the customer with a shop power cord to use for their trip, while we and the customer continued to search for the missing power cord. When the customer returned and inquired about the original cord again, a determination was made in the interest of good customer service, to provide the customer with a new power cord. When the customer came to retrieve the new power cord, it had yet to be received. The shop manager decided to provide the customer with a new cord from stock as the replacement cord was expected to arrive later that day. A call to the customer was placed the next day as a follow up from our Customer *************** service advisor, to determine if all issues had been resolved to the customer satisfaction. The customer communicated that the repair work had been completed satisfactorily, and their frustration had revolved around the missing power cord. The service advisor confirmed that the power cord issue is now resolved and the customer is satisfied.

We took or BH22 here for warranty work on our toilet. They not only did not fix the gasket, obvious by both the lack of cleaning and smell, The took it upon themselves to go through all of our storage compartments which the left open. We expressed how upset we were to the person incharge of service when we we there still under the impression that the work had been completed. He said that, that his boss would call us the next day to make it right and no one ever contacted us about this disrespectful behavior. Then we found out that the $5 gasket wasn't even fixed and the just messed around in our camper for days and did nothing. This company has no integrity and can not be trusted to do what they say.

I want to extend a humble apology for any trouble or distress we may have caused this customer. We, at **********************, take any customer complaint very seriously and strive hard to improve daily. Below are the facts as best I can put together. Upon arrival, the customer identified the issue as being a toilet seal which was misaligned, evidenced by the customer seeing toilet paper hanging on the seal when flushing. The seal was ordered from a local distributor, along with a new bolt kit (used to mount the toilet to the floor). The seal was issued to the technician, and charged out on the repair order from the parts department. The technician clocked into the job, and added his notes to the repair order upon completion. All available evidence leads me to believe the seal was in fact replaced. The exterior compartment doors were opened because the unit was brought to the lot in August, and the technician was looking for the units power cord so he could plug the unit in to have a/c inside while he worked. There is, however, no excuse if he left the items in the compartments in a disarray, or if they were left opened. At pickup, the customer described the toilet area as dirty. The service advisor offered to clean the area immediately, but the customer stated that the toilet needed to be removed to provide a good cleaning underneath the toilet as well. Although we disagree with this, the advisor offered to get that accomplished, if the customer wanted to leave the unit with us overnight to have it done. The customer instead chose to take the unit home and stated he would find a local dealer to accomplish his warranty needs in the future. I again want to apologize, and would like the customer to know we would welcome any opportunity afforded in the future.
