This was a horrible rental company all due to *************************. She forgets what she tells someone, messes up dates etc. I moved out, and my pace was fully cleaned. NOTHING was left in there yet I was still charged an almost $600 cleaning fee & "damages" in a value of almost $2000. Mind you, I had a deposit of $1000. Yet they kept that and said I owed almost $1000 on top of the deposit that they kept. The only charge that I should have had was for a door frame that was scratched.Even after speaking to them and disputing the fees they told me it would stand. I would advise everyone against using this company. They are criminals once it comes to a move out. & this being that I was a model tenant, with rent ALWAYS being on time & no problems.Be careful and find a different company to use.Review from Alisha D
