      Almost a year ago I got almost $7,000.00 stolen straight out of my account through my debit card and this still has not been resolved by aplus despite indisputable evidence that it was *****. I am disappointed in this bank to say the least. I am not having to get lawyers involved to a bank that is supposed to protect my money.

      Since April, A+FCU has reached out to the member by email twice to schedule a phone call and address the dispute. However, we have yet to receive any response from the member. As this matter must be discussed further in order to address the dispute, we recommend the member respond to either email with a preferred date and time for a phone call.

      We send a payment each month from our bank accouint they do not accept ach or wire so they get mailed a check. WE mailed the check April 15th and they have not received it. They called today all hateful and mad and rude they wlil not work with us at all. terrible bank

      An A+FCU team member reached out directly to the member to resolve the payment error as well as to provide options for the member to make their payments going forward. In case any further support is needed, our team member also provided the member with their contact information. Additionally,since our goal at A+FCU is to provide a high level of service to all our members, the previous calls between the member and after hours support are being reviewed for compliance and coaching purposes. The member seemed satisfied with this response.

      I would give A+ zero stars if that was possible. I am a teacher and A+ was recommended to me. That was the biggest regret and mistake I could've made. I opened up 3 accounts. 1 checking account, and 2 certificate accounts. A+ attempted to mail me a debit card that is connected to my checking account. I was never notified that this was in transit to me or was getting mailed and with all of the fraudulent activity that has been occurring, you would think that a bank would be responsible enough to notify you of it being mailed out. While in transit, the debit card was stolen and someone used my card to parttake in fraudulent activity on my account. They took out money and left my checking account in the negatives. When I filed a dispute, it was declined. I informed them that I was out of the state when this happend and even provided flight details to show I was not in ***** when this occurred. I told them I would not be paying the balance because I did not make these transactions and they said "You can do what you want, but it will negatively affect you in the future." That's how they provide customer service? I have filed a police report, called countless times and this still isn't solved. A+ has provided ZERO help to me. I have never been more regretful than I am now having gone into business with A+. I was seeking them out to help allieve financial stress, and instead, it has caused me more stress than I could've imagined.

      Our A+FCU team reviewed the details of this situation. The team was able to confirm that when the member called A+FCU and opened her checking account, she was informed that a debit card was being mailed out to her. During this process, she asked the A+FCU team member assisting to confirm the details of her mailing address. Although the member states she never received the card by mail due to being out of state, **** records obtained show the debit card was activated with the members phone number on file and the full social security number was verified. As mentioned,the card was later used at an ATM to withdraw funds which the member disputed.However, since the funds were dispersed using the activated card and no ATM errors occurred, the dispute was declined since there arent any dispute rights for this type of transaction.       A+ is currently unfortunately my mortgage company for my home. Since the beginning I have had nothing but issues with them monthly. Every month I send an extra payment towards my principal through their online portal and just about every month I have to contact them bc they either A - did not move to appropriate account or B - they lost the money. When my money was lost they advised me to call my bank and file a dispute but fortunately ************ at my account and seen where they had the money in my savings account that I do not use and then moved it out. Stating they never received it. After calling and complaining, the next day the manager called and stated they found my money in another account. Also, they do not have my escrow account correct. I have informed them of being 100% homestead exempt for the past 2 years and also sent them the documents for it twice and neither time did they add it to my account. Only reason I noticed that was because they sent a check to my parish tax clerk when it should have been sent to me as an overage since they refuse to correct my estimated escrow in the first place. Then, after they received the check back from the tax clerk they sent me a check which was less than the amount they sent to them. If you bank with them you have to make sure to follow everything they do because I have repeatedly had to contact them to fix their mistake. I hate to know that there is people out there who probably dont pay attention to their finances and are getting screwed by this company. If interest rates werent so bad right now I would definitely re-finance.

      I have selected A+ as the lienholder multiple times. I will never do business with them again. My vehicle was garaged while I was out of state for several months. I had insurance coverage on the vehicle for it to be garaged. A + mailed notices to me stating that the coverage was not sufficient, although it met the minimum requirements of liability insurance required for ***** motor vehicles. When I returned home, I read the notice and immediately scanned and uploaded proof of insurance. After waiting on the third-party company to respond, I received a notice that the insurance was insufficient. I then changed the policy to meet the insurance requirements of A+. After waiting again, I received a notice that I would be billed $1613.00 for not having the correct amount of insurance on the vehicle for several months. It was not even taken into consideration that I had a policy in place on the vehicle the entire time. I called and spoke to a representative for A+ and explained that I was out of state and did not receive the notice sent via US Mail until my return. I was told, "You signed paperwork that said you would have the stated insurance and there is nothing more I can do for you." I told the representative that I had NOT received any emails, texts, or messages on my account page. She then stated, "Our communications are handled by a 3rd party vendor so I have no record of communication." I informed her that I would no longer do banking with A+ and that I felt scammed to have to pay the full amount - $1613.00 of a forced-placed LENDER insurance added to the loan of the vehicle - when there was already insurance on the vehicle.

      The bank teller that just "helped" me needs to learn how to speak, smile, and be friendly. ****** withdrew my money when I asked for it to be transferred from my CD and had the worst attitude about correcting it. She didn't even ask for clarification or apologize. She didn't say much at all or engage in conversation.The other bank teller was super friendly but ****** just acted like she hated her job. Y'all need to tell her to cheer up or get a new job.This is not the first interaction I've had with her.

      A+ customer service has gone downhill and their fraud department has been outsourced overseas, because of that, their fraud department is now automatically closing claims without investigations. You only get the run around following the formal filing of your claim. They'll tell you to call an 800# that says to call their local number. And around and around we go. Being a member of A+ has become more of a hassle than a benefit. Looking for another financial institution as soon as I've gotten this cleared up.

      I talked 2 times on the phone about specialized accounts and was given very specific instructions. (I'm an attorney). At the appointment, the employees did not know what to do. Maybe this branch just did not train people? But my complaint is the smug rudeness. The person helping me kept saying, "um, let me ask my supervisor." Maybe they truly had no training in operations, or basic courtesy as they very smugly turned me away to the door.
