5 Stars is what this company deserves in my dealings with them. Great personnel and always do as they state. It is my first dealings with moving my ***** and other accounts from a major bank to a company for Gold and precious metals. Any thing I did not understand they worked with me to assist in the process, how to sign in, who to talk with as needed and cared about me as a customer. I have told others of my working with them so they can then decide if they wanted to talk with USMR and see if this was a consideration for themselves. I read the 1 star review and got all coins I was expecting with no shortage and fully understood the buy back process. There also were no exorbitant fees involved. They worked hard to help me understand this process and I called often at first to ask questions. Never was I made to feel I was a burden or that I had questions that I should have known the answer to myself. Paperwork was in order and I am happy with this decision, very much so in fact.

I invested a significant amount in ***************************** w/U.S. Money Reserve. My order arrived w/out any receipt or record of inventory, so I was unable to compare the value of each coin with their competition. After they sent the requested receipt, I was appalled to discover that their prices were several times that of other companies on the internet, and I initiated a buyback. When confronted, ***** attempted to convince me of the very "special" attributes of their coins. Although Sales on the front end had originally assured me that their policy was to send containers, postage and insurance prepaid if/when I wanted to return my order, Returns on the back end told me I'd need to manage all that myself. And although ***** told me that I could make a return anytime, Returns told me I had just two days left before it was too late to return my order, hurrying me to accept a loss of several thousand dollars worth of gold, which they claimed was "missing" in my return package. My lawyer contacted their lawyer, and immediately, they "found" the "missing" gold. More than suspicious, these issues and contradictions convinced me that U.S.Money Reserve richly profits at the expense of its customers and are to be avoided at all costs. Their promotional material is impressive and professional; their **************** is friendly and available; their dishonest policies are criminal.

USMR believes this was filed by mistake. The individual in this review was told she would be made whole by USMR . In fact, USMR mailed her a check and that check was cashed on June 4, 2024. She was also reimbursed for her  shipping costs.
It is our understanding that she has been completely taken care of so USMR  is not sure why this review was ever posted.

The "Comment from the Business" chooses to ignore my reasons for reviewing them, which are: 1) their exorbitant prices compared to their competition; 2) their ridiculous justification for the valuation of their "special" coins;3) their self-contradiction within the company regarding buyback timeframe and return shipping policies 4) their lying about $8000 worth of gold missing in my return package, and attempting to short me that much in refund 5) their suddenly "finding" the missing gold after my lawyer contacted their lawyer.6) these dishonest policies, which should put all precious metal investors on alert, steering them away from U.S, Money Reserve.
