    Purchase a Used Vehicle on 12/09/23 **** F150 vin# ***************** From Gunn Honda on I10 W, ***********, ** for $28,540.00 Sale went great and smooth. Drove away on my new truck, 300 miles after, check engine light comes on. Took to dealer, after dealer ran diagnostics truck has issue with ************** catalyst converter bank 1 & 2 need replaced. Truck has ***** miles wish i just found out, warranty expires at 80k for exhaust system and extended warranties don't cover this issue and not even the 3k miles warranty gunn honda offers on some vehicles wish i also had under the purchase warranty. Manager ******* said that they wouldn't cover the expense and wouldn't fix the issue. So decided to return truck, since its only been a week since i purchase vehicle. Worst customer service from service **** from dealership Gunn Honda. makes me think if i was just lucky that it pop engine light 300 miles after purchase or was the issue already there, dealer just resets code hoping it would last a few weeks out, and sell it. Maybe this was the reason previous owner traded for another vehicle. Cant believe instead of fixing the issue to make customer happy, they refuse to spend the money to fix the issue, in the end they still have to deal and have to fix the issue since i return the truck back to dealership so what was the difference getting it fix.Beware of service from this dealer, they wont work with you to keep u as a happy customer. What Sets ******************** Apart From the Competition? Bad service ****. There Honda service center is not always available to meet your service needs and help you get back on the road.
