"Hi, just following up on my order. As you can see below I paid extra for three day shipping and it's already been four days and my package hasn't arrived yet. So what happens now?"
Their reply"
"Weekends do not count towards the business days. You paid for the 3-5 business days. Your package is arriving on the 5th business day as we are located in Georgia"
I then attached a screenshot of the shipping options, which had no mention of either "3-5" days, or any use of the term "business" days. Many companies ship on the weekends, and the shipping method advertised stated in clear, plain english "3 day express." I told the representative that this seemed like false advertising. Their reply:
"They have to do that way because of coding issues with the website. That is why we do have it advertised on our customer service page under the shipping policy more details about it. Per our contract with *** they will not consider weekends business days. We are in no way lying or falsifying anything since it is posted in other parts of the website."
So fine print, located on a separate part of the website, totally redefines what I paid for. This seems like a bait and switch. Also, it is now the fifth business day. One week later. I still have yet to receive my package.
