    Ordered, and paid for, part for blade ($960 with taxes) back in October 2023. 5 months later, still no part, just empty promises from them. Won't refund either.

    Oh my. I wish I would have read these before we paid them $40K for a ramrod we ordered in April and have still not received. ***** ** ****** ******** ****** **** *** **** ***** ******* ** *** ******  John M********* one of the owners won't even call me back. ****** ** ***** *******.
    Someone has to do something about this company. I have not heard one good thing about them.

    *********** ***** ***. Complaint’s against Leon,s Manufacturing and Ram Industries. In May 2022 ordered a dozer blade for a agri tractor. Ordered by year,make,model,and other specifications they asked for by phone with a salesman. Was told it could be a month or two for delivery.Told them that wouldn’t be a problem as long as it by fall. When asked for a deposit, I said no, and on delivery I would cut a cheque in full as I heard of some shady deals. In less then 2 weeks received a call my delivery would be June 1 2022. It was and I paid in full. First week in June was going to install found out was short pkg of accessories, and they agreed and sent package that missed the truck. Tried to install again but didn’t fit tractor. Phoned salesman,got number for factory to solve problem and was told I had to be wrong. After 2 or 3 phone calls would come and look he never showed. In August they were in send engineer to look he came he came late October 2022 agreed that it was wrong. He took pictures,made drawings to take back to factory. First week in Nov. finally made contact with factory,told it would be built by Nov. 12th and shipped Nov. 14th but no show.Now is Fe.8th 2023 no dozer parts and for last 3 days have been able to talk to ownly reception and no return calls. How is a business ran like this and what am I suppose to do.
