    Purchased a television from The Brick on December 23rd. TV was in clearance pile. Only one employee in the store at the time. Very large. Got the television home, and have a witness to the condition of the television when it was freshly opened. The television was cracked and missing parts. ******* *** **** ******** *** ****** ** *** *** ********** ** ** *** ******* * ****** *** **** ** *** *** *** ******** The Brick refused any kind of remedy to the situation. Denying it whole heartedly. I will not spend another dollar at this business until this is rectified further **** *** ******* ****** *** ******* *** **** **. This is a large transaction and **** ***** they wouldn’t even return the broken tv let alone give even half the amount back in store credit.

    Customer purchased TV and received it and called in and complained  that the bottom corner was broken.  Once we received the TV back and opened the box there was more damaged than reported.  The spot where the legs go in were cracked from them trying to be removed, the back of the TV is all scratched, and the screen has lines going horizontally and vertically.  The amount of damage on this TV would not have come in looking this way and it looks like it was dropped at some point.  This TV is unsellable and not operational.  This kind of damage would not be covered by any kind of warranty.

     

    She is aware that we are not going to be doing anything for her.
