    3rd of October 2023 I took my vehicle to get diagnosed as the ABS light and a brake warning light was on the dash, they had the vehicle over a day trying to diagnose it and told me it was the brake fluid cap that needed to be replaced. I told them to order the parts and do the repairs.
    On the 17th of October 2023 I took it to them to do the repairs and they told me everything was all good. I didn't have any warning lights on my dash.

    A few weeks ago I was working on my vehicle and I had to remove the cluster for some diagnostics I was doing myself and that's when I found that there was warning bulbs missing from my cluster for the ABS and the Brake warning bulbs.

    I tried emailing the company as I was out of town during the week but never got any response.

    Yesterday May 10 2024 I went to the store and talked to the owner. He denied everything and tried to say someone else must have done it or even tried to blame me for removing the bulbs myself.
    I can assure you no other person has done any work to this vehicle other than this company or myself (I work as an Ag Mechanic) when I found the missing bulbs.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your car again, that’s frustrating. I can assure you that removing bulbs is not something that we do/can do, never looked into it. We installed a sensor that corrected the issue you were having at the time, October of 2023. You have not contacted us since then to express any complaints or concerns with your brakes. You had expressed there were still issues with the brakes following the repairs, however we never heard from you for the past 6 months. The issues you were having with your brakes after the repair, was never communicated to us. You never gave us that chance to resolve this issue, ****** *** ******* *** ********** ******* **** ***. You had expressed that ***** tried blaming you for the issue and this was not the case. ***** *** ******* ** *** **** *** ****** ** *** ** *** **** **** **** ** *** ****** * *** ******** ****** *** ****** *** ******** ****** ** * ********* ***** ****** ** ********* ** **** **** *********. Unfortunately, your visit ended in derogatory language directed towards ***** and him asking you to leave. We will not tolerate abuse or harassment. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

    1. In the diagnostics for the issue with the brake lights on the dash the clustor was removed to check wiring so saying its not something you can do is false.

    2. You did try to blame me for the issue when it was brought to your attention. 

    3. Removing the dash to check for bulbs is not something is done everyday and what the problem it was brought in for originally. No one else worked on the vehicle and bulbs don't just disappear on there own.

    4. ***** had used derogatory language to myself also
