    Bought a phone about two weeks ago I decided to put a Sim in it and ******* told me it was blacklisted

    Thank you for the inquiry. Here are our response:

    1) The customer returned the cell phone in a condition (like smashed by a hammer) that is way beyond re-saleable. We are sure the cell phone, when sold, was in a near-new condition and how it got to this condition is not in our control.

    2) We do emphasize on our 7-day exchange or in-store-credit policy on every sale we made. Why the customer decide to only try it after 2 weeks is beyond our control.

    3) The customer can not provide any proof of purchase although we ask all of our customers to hold on to them. We can not prove that when or who made the purchase. 

    4) We perform checks, according to city by-laws, on all sales. For cell phones we also perform another check when we finalize the sale. (please see attached for the up-to-date-check as of tonight)

    Finally, while this customer is asking for a money refund for $*** in the complaint, we only typically sell this model (******* ***) new for ~$***. So the $*** compensation will be unreasonable. We strongly believe this customer might have accidentally damaged his phone and just try to take advantage of us.

    We do offer exchange The Blacklist phone. The Blacklist doesn't mean the phone only for stolen. if the pervious owner signed the contract with the carrier, but stop pay the bill. the cell phone provider can blacklist the phone. The police officer checked the phone that it is not stolen when you at our store. 

    You did BROKEN the phone screen, no matter you used hammer or drop on floor.

    The Blacklist phones that we can contact the cellphone provider to remove the blacklist with our ownership prove.  After it moved from blacklist, we will resell it. But you DAMAGED the phone!!!
