    **** ******* ** * *** ***** Based on their tracking service online, Jan 2 1pm my parcel is out for delivery. 8:410pm it was marked as unsafe to release. Our house is well-lighted, I have camera that will notify me if someone is coming or ring the bell, our windows blinds are open as well as the TV so you can see from outside. I called multiple times to their customer service to added to a note to call me or just leave it in the front door. Today (Jan3 1:17pm) it was out for delivery again and expected by 9pm. But 8:54pm it was marked as unsafe to release. I am just in the living room waiting. Constantly checking if someone will parked or coming. That is for sure no one came to deliver the parcel! No one call me! This company has a bad reputation. My order is from US and if I only knew that this company will deliver the parcel. I won’t waste my money. I paid for delivery fee.

    The local Senior Operations Manager reached out the customer directly after receiving this complaint. We thanked the customer for bringing these issues to our attention so we could address them locally. The customer was happy after receiving this call and will be receiving their package today. The issue was a newer driver used an incorrect exception code when they were unable to deliver the package because they ran out of time to deliver that day. This issue has been resolved directly with the customer.
