    I purchased a computer from this company. The owner said they could transfer all of my data files to the new computer. It took 3 weeks to get the computer and when I tried to open my company accounting data it was missing. I contacted the owner, *********, and he said that if the files were not transferred they weren't there to begin with or were stored elsewhere. I told him these were files I used daily and I knew they were stored in the ***************** folder.
    He told me I was too ignorant about computers to know what I was talking about and refused to help me. This went on for another 3 weeks, me trying to get him to look at the drive one more time, and him refusing to help and telling me it was a "user" problem - I didn't know anything about computers. I tried explaining to him the issues I could face with CRA with 7 years of data missing but he didn't care. Once he got his money he was no longer interested in helping me. So for all of this time I could not look anything up, had to do payroll manually, could not print reports for CRA, etc. This person has caused me weeks of sleepless nights and unbelievable stress because he was so convinced he could not make a mistake. Out of desperation I picked a company out of the phone book and took my hard drive to them. It took them all of 5 minutes to find the accounting files that Top-Logix insisted were not there. ************** is an exceptional company with exceptional employees. I wish I had known about them sooner. I could have saved myself a lot of anxiety
