      Paid $****** for an inspection done at Performance + on Wed. May 28,2025. My vehicle failed inspection. I have 30 days from May 28th to have the inspection completed without another charge. I ordered some parts and installed some of them over a couple weeks. On Mon. June 16,2025 I call the shop and request to be scheduled in for the service I couldn’t complete and the inspection to be completed again. I was scheduled in for 11am on Fri. June 27,2025, and asked to be put on the cancellation list because I thought June 27th was pushing it and didn’t want to be charged for another inspection. After being scheduled in and requesting to be put on the cancellation list I received a quotation which gave me the opportunity to pre-pay for my service. I call Wed. June 25,2025 with inquiries about a component which failed the inspection on May 28th. I also submit a video of the component in action to *************************** and received no feedback if my new installation would be acceptable. Carter confirmed Friday would be the last day I could be booked in for a waived inspection, I replied fortunately I was scheduled in for Friday. Carter confirms that I was not. I request the manager calls me. On Thurs. June 26,2025 Traven, manager, can’t find any history of me being scheduled. Traven now communicates that I was expected to pay for the service before my appointment would be confirmed. I’ve never encountered a shop that demands you pre-pay for service. Had I not contact Performance + Wed. June 25th, I would have got a day permit and driven my vehicle or had it towed for my appointment at 11am on June 27th. Their ********* communication has denied me of my booking for 11am Fri. June 27,2025 and I am now expected to pay another inspection rate. *********** * *** ***** ** **** ** *** ****** ** ************* ** *** ***** ***********
