i went to this business called All Around Auto Detail on 1701 Munroe Ave S in Saskatoon, SK for car detailing. I wanted to have interior and exterior done and carpet with deep cleaning shampoo. So,I went there and hand over my keys to ****** at 9:00am on August 26, 2022 and He told to come after 6 hours. I got message on 11:55am that my car is ready for pickup. I was told to pay first without looking at my car because he has emergency and need to go. Well, being a good Samaritan I paid full payment i.e $235 and went to pick up my car around 1:30 pm, Shocking part was to see that he only did light vacuum and washed outside only. Seats were still the same , floor was dirty. He even broke the gear shifter boot(*******). It was frustrating that I paid it already and he didn't even do his job. I messaged him about 5-6 times but there is no reply. I messaged him next day that I will file a official complaint against you. He instantly messaged me that he was away, there was no cellular service and I will talk to my partner. One more message came later in the evening that 'my partner will call you'. I got message from his partner ******* two days later. He did the same thing too -no response! In a week, he offered me 50% refund which he never send me, I kept on asking for full refund. he also told me it is already a week now and he cannot do anything. Seems like they don't want to admit their fault and make a refund now. Worst experience of my life. My fault was that I paid them without even see what work was done. *************************************************************************************** I want to file a complaint against their business and want my money back.
