In 2019 ******** ***** ***** *****. contracted All Weather Roofing to do all 28 of our roofs over a few years. In the beginning they were really easy to deal with, and we felt confident with their service. Every year you could tell their work was deteriorating. Roofs started leaking after they had reshingled them. Clean up became worse over time. In one short eavestrough approximately 15 feet long, we took out 2 ½ ice cream buckets of nails and shingle residue. Subsequently we have had to go through and clean out all the eaves on the roofs they have done. During the time it also became harder and harder to contact All Weather Roofing, and a lot of the time our calls were unanswered as well as all emails. In December 2022 I started to contact All Weather Roofing, so as to start our process of having them finish our final 6 roofs in the spring of 2023. I called and left numerous messages on the phone between the period of December 2022 to March 2023. I emailed them directly, emailed them through their website. All of which went unanswered. I noted they had a booth at the Spring 2023 Home and Garden Show, so I along with 2 other Board members went to it, to make contact with the owner *****, of All Weather Roofing. He was there and denied knowing of my attempts to contact him. I advised him we had hired another company to finish our roofs, since I could not get ahold of them. We discussed issues with one roof he needed to warranty. He said he would take care of it, as well as anything in the future on the roofs he has done. One of our roofs he had redone started to leak in February 2023, and after dozens of phone calls, emails and going to the Home and Garden Show, I finally had All Weather out and they sealed the leaks with caulking in April 2023. The roof started to leak again in May 2023 and it took a dozen calls to get them out to look at it and reseal it again. We had another roof they reshingled in 2019, it had a leak in 2021 in one spot and then again in 2023 two more leaks. To get them out to fix the first leak on this roof was okay, but the second leak in 2023 it took a dozen calls. When they finally came out, ***** (Owner) went up on the roof and said there are absolutely no leaks, and the entire roof is completely sealed. A few days after ***** assured me there were no leaks I had the owner of the company completing our last roofs go up on this roof in particular and look at what ***** assured me was completely sealed. He came back and showed me pictures where there were 2 holes, and the peak was covered with a piece of aluminum siding and not sealed. We have had to have this other company fix the roof properly, and do some other repairs to roofs that were not done properly throughout the complex. This came to $694.12. All Weather Roofing is supposed to be a certified BP installer, and the type of roof we chose to have done on our units, was chosen strictly because of extra protection to guard against leaks, with the Weather Tite System. It is apparent All Weather Roofing has not installed the BP system properly, and every year we are finding more leaks. All Weather will not answer our calls, and we have now resorted to another company. Come spring 2024 we are going to have to pay another company to go up and inspect all 22 roofs All Weather has done, and repair as needed. This inspection starts at $1,000.00 and goes up from there for repairs. *** ******* ******* ****** ** ***** ****** **** *** *** ****** ** ***** *** *********** *** *** *** ** ****** ****** ** **** ** *** ********** *****. We are not prepared to go by the owner (*****) that he will honor his warranty, as he has already failed us in that aspect.
