I bought a 2018 Mitsubishi RVR in March. The Mitsubishi dealer gave me a service record of what was done to the vehicle. One service they did was a 4 wheel alignment in Dec. before I bought it. My wife, son and I went to B.C. in July. When we were driving it, it pulled to the left. We thought it was low air. We got back to Regina around the 7th or 8th of August. I took the RVR in for an oil change and for them to look at the alignment. They said it needed another alignment. I told them how long does the warranty last. They said 1 month. I told them I wanted a free alignment done. They said "no". I took it to ******** *******. They said the rear toe was out of spec. While attempting to loosen the bolt, it broke off because of rust. They had to drill out the bolt and replace it and the nut. They also had to replace both front camber bolts. The kits were 32.75 each. The total bill was 399.65. I then went to Mitsubishi to ask for a refund, they said no. I went to ******** where the alignment was done. They gave me a readout of the alignment which was different than ******** *******. The service manager said he would talk to the salesman at Mitsubishi to see what they would do. Didn't hear from them for 3 or 4 days. I phoned him and he said he wouldn't give me any allowance for it. Got a hold of ******* ***** the General Manager and he said he knew my predicament and he wouldn't do anything and I wasn't to text or e-mail him anymore. He hung up the phone on me on Sept. 19th.
