We regret to hear you are not satisfied with our services.
Just to clarify, your payment was received after you received your invoices, and the job was done. Our technician kindly assisted you to process E-Transfer payment. Which for some reason took longer than usual to be processed.
Our business doesn't need to do anything to receive an E-Transfer since we are signed up for Auto deposit.
Administration followed up over the phone with technician since we both were working already overtime to ensure we would serve you in a professional way. You were not charged for overtime from our technician as a good will.. When technicians take computers to our shop to be repaired it is always with the authorization of or clients. Even the day after, our technician took it upon himself to guide you through some questions you had. Everything that was done was explained to you and taking the time to go at your own pace.

the credibility of serving seniors and the public is deplorable .
We do not need this kind pf deceit from you. I am the one from 2
repair people ot of pocket a Thousand Dollars not you.
You should run classes on honesty.

We understand that sometimes can be difficult to find good customer service.
Fortunately, we have been in business for over 26 years, thanks to our great customer service, which we are very proud to provide, and many satisfied customers that support our business can testify.
It is interesting you mention you had "two repair people". When we only had one technician providing you with service. Your bill didn't add up to the amount you mention.
Like many businesses in our community, we take pride in running a business with honesty and professionalism.
