    Zero stars ! The worst customer service I have ever seen and I’ve been a women in business for 20 years . The “ manager “ I think he classified him self as was crass , snarky , belittling , condescending and acted as if he ruled the world . Laughed at our problems , strong armed my employees to get four tires when only needed 2, then wouldn’t take the two we didn’t want back,kept the car hostage until we gave up and paid for the two tires we never asked for and mind you my employees were from
    7 hours away and they had to sleep in a park and walked 9 hours on foot because this sick excuse of a man took the car and every penny they had and I had to drive 7 hours the next day to give money as he refused to take payment over the phone ( he originally agreed , if he would of continued better business practices my employees wouldn’t of gotten hest stroke , eaten by bugs and suffer outside like a beaten dog. I’ve been in touch with corporate and for those of you that want to back this pig up contact me I have our conversations and every interaction recorded I’d be happy to share ! Oh may I add when I asked for the owner of the store information and contact information so I can have this rectified and he flat refused saying nope doesn’t matter and laughing hysterically .
